1. Can I customize the clothing with my own design/logo?
Yes. We offer OEM/ODM services. You can either modify our existing styles or send us your own tech pack, sample, or design sketch.
2. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 300 pieces per style per color. For certain items, we may accept smaller quantities with a surcharge.
3. Can I order samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes. We offer paid samples with a standard delivery time of 5–7 working days. The sample cost can be refunded after bulk order confirmation.
4. How long is your lead time for bulk production?
Usually 25–35 days after sample approval and deposit received, depending on order quantity and production schedule.
5. What fabrics and materials do you use? Are they certified?
We use high-quality polyester, cotton, and functional fabrics like waterproof or breathable membranes. Upon request, we can help to provide OEKO-TEX, GRS, or BSCI certification.
6. Do you offer packaging customization?
Yes. We can customize polybags, hang tags, cartons, and labels based on your branding needs.
7. What are your payment terms?
Normally 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment. We accept T/T, PayPal, and L/C for larger orders.
8. Which shipping methods do you support?
We can arrange FOB, CIF, or DDP shipping by sea, air, or express (DHL/FedEx/UPS). We also support using your own forwarder.
9. Can you help with customs clearance in my country?
Yes, if you choose DDP terms. Otherwise, we provide full documents including commercial invoice, packing list, and bill of lading for you to handle clearance.
10. Do you offer after-sales support?
Yes. If any defects or sizing issues occur due to our production, we offer refund or re-production according to our return policy.
